However, we also make sure that the customer’s interest are also protected on, we offer 2-days returns(from the time of Delivery and Date), but only if they meet the following 3 criteria:

  • The Products/goods are physically damaged( Uncut unboxing video required along with product inside- It is Must)
  • The product is not working or dead on arrival(Uncut unboxing video required along with product inside – It is Must)
  • You have been delivered some different product from what you have ordered (product color is not included in this due to openbox category)

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, log in to your account and navigate to the “Order History” section & raise return request.
  • Locate the OpenBox product you wish to return and follow the instructions to request a return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Inspection and Approval:

  • All returned OpenBox products undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • If the item is found to be in the same condition as when it was shipped, the return will be approved.
  • Please make the unboxing video(Must) & send it to us for damaged product if it is damaged in transit it will help us to process the refund process faster.
  • Products, Product origional packaging, internal parts/seal should not be changed, Damaged or Tempered.

4. Refund Process:

  • Our Team will update you once we recieve and inspect the returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • For Partial COD orders, – Customer can cancel the order within 8 Hours from the date of purchase and time for the refund of PAID amount or COD Token amount. incase of Late cancellation beyond 8 Hours customer will have to bear the cost of Payment Gateway Fee of Minimum Rs.500 or 5% of the paid amount whichever is higher.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some OpenBox products may be marked as “Final Sale/stock clearnce” and are non-returnable. This information will be clearly stated in the product title/product description.
