1. OpenBox Product Definition:

1. OpenBox products are items that have been returned by customers on amazon/flipkart marketplace or were used as display units. These products may have been sealed opened but Never used or connected once, All Products are thoroughly inspected and certified to be in excellent working condition.

2. We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our OpenBox products. However, there may be slight variations in the product’s appearance (maight vary from professional shooted product’s picture), color(available for specific products )or packaging compared to a brand-new item.

3. Availability:

3. OpenBox products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that a specific item will be in stock at all times. We recommend checking the product’s availability before placing an order in case gets out of stock during order your money will be credited back to your account withing 5-7 business days .

The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind due to openbox category, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. adot lifestyle /eshopi do not provide any sort of warranty or guarranty directly or inderectly on any product bought from its online platform. warranty is subject to brand’s warranty policy for openbox/returned products.
   E.In no case shall Adot Lifestyle ( Eshopi.com), our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, any emi processing fee/interest charges by bank or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 

6. 1 : Returns, Exchanges & Refund:

6. 2 : Our standard return, refund and exchange policy applies to OpenBox products as per the mention points if The Products/goods are physically damaged,The product is not working, You have been delivered or some different product from what you have ordered (Please note:in term of “Differnt Product”Product Color is not included in this due to openbox category) ..you may return it within same day or within 2 working days from the date of delivery and time as per the specified return period. Please check our Return Policy Page for more details. Refund Process: Our Team will update you once we recieve and inspect the returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 6.3 : For Partial COD orders, – Customer can cancel or edit the order within 8 Hours from the date of purchase and time for the refund of Prepaid amount or partial COD Token amount. no cancellation beyond 8 Hours will be accepted, cancellation charges would be applicable of Payment Gateway Fee of Minimum Rs.500 or 5% of the paid amount (whichever is higher). Partial COD Amount will only be credited in form of Eshopi Wallet Balance or coupon code post deducting the cancellation charges, wallet amount /coupon code can be used for future orders 6.4: For Prepaid orders (A): -Rs.500 or 5% of the paid amount (whichever is higher)-Refund would be credited to original payment source in 5-7 business days (No Cancellation would be accepted after 8 Hours) B: Once the order is shipped and customer refused to accept for any reason then the customer has to bear the cost of Shipping charges+RTO Charges +Seller logistic & precurement+ payment gateway charges 50% will be deducted from the total product value. Balnce 50% Amount will only be credited in form of Eshopi Wallet Balance or coupon code post deducting the cancellation charges, wallet amount /coupon code can be used for future orders Please note All the charges are charged to us by the payment gateway aggregator, shipping aggregator when accepting payments & the same is passed on to the customer in case of cancellation.

7. Packaging:

7. OpenBox products may not include the original packaging but 99.9% products come with origional box/packging).However, we ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

8. Quality Assurance:

8. Our team conducts rigorous testing to ensure that OpenBox products meet our quality standards. Any cosmetic imperfections will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

9. Shipping:

9. Shipping is free but Standard shipping rates may apply to OpenBox products if mentioned on product page. Delivery times may vary, and expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. For Undelivered Or Returned product, Shipping +RTO charges may occur or will be adjusted in COD token amt.

1 Lac + Followers : Rs 1000 ( Product Value- 5K & Above)
3 Lacs+ Followers: Rs 3000 (Product Value – 10K & Above)
5 Lacs+ Followers: Rs. 5000 (Product Value – 20K & Above)
1 Million+ Followers: Rs. 10000 ( Product Value – 50K & Above- For Product value less than 5k Please contact Our Support Team)

Payout T & C :
A. Eshopi.com link should be mentioned in video description and video title along with product link in description (Required for – Minimum 1 Year )

B. Once you upload the video, share the video link with us, our marketing team will review the video, on approval you will recieve a soft copy of NDA to sign. after submitting the documents money will be transffered to your bank account within 15-25 Business Days.

C.Above Influncer marketing scheme/payout is only valid on product purchase from eshopi.com

D.Video approval is subject to an Indvisual purchasers self made video / video made or uploaded by friend or 3rd person or on behalf of friend/relatives/colleague on their channel will not be entiled to get money.

E.Our Marketing team might ask for certain proof/docs to validate your youtube channel own by you or not.

F.Our Domain name, product link and brand name in video title is must to get your video approved

G.You will be entitled to earn money only twise in a year on each youtube channel for the product purchase from eshopi

11. Law and jurisdiction

All Mentioned terms and conditions will be governed by and will be followed in accordance with  GOVERNING LAW of Noida( Utter Pradesh) , and any disputes/grivances related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the  non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  JURISDICTION .

Company/brand/online entity Shall Not pay any charges for Legal Notices/Legal Fee or any other charges sent on behalf of any client/customer. in case of any Query, Dispute or grivances , please write to us for mutual conclusion on any dispute – support@eshopi.com
