1. Warranty Coverage
This 15-days Testing Warranty covers any functional defects in the product that may arise during normal usage. It allows you to test and evaluate the performance of your openbox lot device (mobile phone or laptop) after delivery.
2. Warranty Period
- The warranty is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
- Claims made after the 15-days window will not be accepted under this policy.
3. What Is Covered
- Hardware malfunctions (e.g., touch screen not working, charging issues, speaker/mic issues).
- Software-related problems (excluding user-installed software issues).
- Battery or charging issues (if battery backup is less than 70% of original capacity at delivery).
- Dead on Arrival (DoA) or the product not powering on.
- Connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or SIM card recognition not working).
4. What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage or accidental damage after delivery.
- Water or liquid damage.
- Issues caused by software downloaded or installed by the user post-delivery.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications during the 15-days period.
- Cosmetic issues (minor scratches or signs of previous usage).
- Accessories provided with the product (e.g., charger, cable, earphones) unless otherwise mentioned.
5. How to Claim
- To raise a claim, contact our support team at su*****@****pi.com within the warranty period.
- Provide your order ID, issue description, and images/videos showcasing the problem.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and invoice.
6. Resolution Options
Once the issue is verified by our team:
- A free repair or replacement will be offered depending on the nature of the issue and availability.
- If neither is feasible, a refund would will be processed to eshopi wallet only, refund will not be processed in form of cash/bank transfer/NEFT or any other method except the wallet refund.
- If the product is damaged due to physical/accidental/liquid or intentional then the repair cost would be applicable as per actual and would be paid by the customer/buyer as 100% advance before repair.
- Incase of products warranty seal by eshopi is broken or removed by the customer/buyer within warranty period then the warranty will be void.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the claim is valid, eshopi.com will bear the shipping cost after repair.
- Once the claim is approved, buyer will have to ship the product to our warehouse/office at his own cost.
- For invalid or rejected claims, the buyer may be required to bear the shipping costs.
8. Additional Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Products must be returned in unaltered condition to be eligible for the warranty.
eshopi.com reserves the right to update or change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. By purchasing a renewed product, you agree to the above warranty policy.
