Welcome to the Great Gizmo Fest Sale on Eshopi.com. By participating in this promotional campaign, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Offer Eligibility

  • The offers are valid only for purchases made on www.eshopi.com during the promotional period.
  • The offers are available only on successfully placed and paid orders.
  • Orders cancelled, returned, refunded, or rejected will not be eligible for promotional benefits.

2. Upto 10% Cashback Offer

Customers are eligible to receive Upto 10% Cashback Maximum of Rs. 500 on the final invoice value (excluding shipping charges, taxes where applicable, gift cards, and any additional service charges).

Cashback Terms

  • Cashback will be credited only to the customer’s Eshopi Wallet.
  • Cashback cannot be transferred to any bank account, UPI account, credit card, debit card, digital wallet, or any third-party payment platform.
  • Cashback is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cashback can be redeemed only while placing future orders on Eshopi.com.
  • Cashback cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another customer account.
  • Cashback will normally be credited within 7 business days after successful delivery of the order.
  • If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or partially refunded, the corresponding cashback will be cancelled, adjusted, or recovered from the customer’s Eshopi Wallet.

3. Flat 2% Instant Discount

Customers can avail an additional 2% Flat Discount on eligible products across the website by applying the coupon code:

Discount Terms

  • Coupon code GIZMODO2 must be applied during checkout.
  • The discount is applicable only on eligible products available on Eshopi.com.
  • The coupon cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
  • Only one promotional coupon can be used per order unless otherwise specified.
  • The discount is calculated on the product value before applicable shipping charges.

4. Sitewide Applicability

Unless specifically mentioned on the product page:

  • Both offers are applicable across eligible products listed on Eshopi.com.
  • Certain products, brands, clearance items, refurbished products, gift vouchers, digital products, or specially discounted items may be excluded from promotional offers at Eshopi’s sole discretion.

5. Combination of Offers

  • Customers may avail both the 2% Instant Discount (using coupon code GIZMODO2) and the 10% Cashback, subject to eligibility.
  • Cashback shall be calculated on the final payable amount after applying eligible discounts.

6. Order Cancellation & Returns

If an order is:

  • Cancelled by the customer,
  • Returned,
  • Refunded,
  • Rejected due to payment failure,
  • Found to be fraudulent,

the promotional benefits associated with that order shall automatically become void.

If cashback has already been credited, Eshopi reserves the right to deduct or reverse the cashback amount.

7. Misuse of Offer

Eshopi reserves the right to cancel any order or promotional benefit if:

  • Multiple fake or duplicate customer accounts are created.
  • Promotional abuse or misuse is detected.
  • Fraudulent transactions are identified.
  • Reselling or commercial misuse of promotional offers is suspected.
  • Any activity violates applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions.

Such decisions shall be final and binding.

8. Wallet Usage

  • Eshopi Wallet balance can only be used for purchases on Eshopi.com.
  • Wallet balance has no cash value.
  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
  • Wallet balance cannot be redeemed against shipping charges unless specifically permitted.

9. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to stock availability.

Eshopi reserves the right to:

  • limit purchase quantities,
  • discontinue products,
  • modify pricing,
  • cancel orders due to inventory issues.

10. Pricing Errors

In the event of any pricing error, technical issue, system malfunction, or incorrect promotional calculation, Eshopi reserves the right to cancel or revise affected orders after informing the customer.

11. Right to Modify or Withdraw Offer

Eshopi reserves the absolute right to:

  • modify,
  • extend,
  • shorten,
  • suspend, or
  • withdraw

the promotional campaign at any time without prior notice, in the event of technical issues, fraud, force majeure, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

Eshopi shall not be responsible for:

  • technical failures,
  • internet interruptions,
  • payment gateway issues,
  • coupon application failures due to customer error,
  • delays caused by logistics partners,
  • circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this promotional campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Eshopi’s registered place of business.
