We recommend checking the product’s availability before placing an order in case gets out of stock during order your money will be credited back to your account within 15-30 business days .

      E: Incase of sealed pack product- warranty would be subject to availabilty by brand as per brand’s policy.
      F.In no case shall Adot Lifestyle ( Eshopi.com), our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, any emi processing fee/interest charges by bank or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
      G. All Openbox Smartphones come with 6-10 months warranty Due to Openbox Category, Warranty of the smartphones are valid from the date of first activation (by sim , wifi activation ) till  the warranty end period.
      H. T & C and  Return refund policy is applied to all customer by default to the order created/paid by customer directly on site or by our support/sales executive from the backend.

6. 6. 1 : Returns, Exchanges & Refund:

6. 6. 2 : Our standard return, refund and exchange policy applies to OpenBox products as per the mention points if The Products/goods are physically damaged,The product is not working, You have been delivered or some different product from what you have ordered (Please note:in term of “Differnt Product”Product Color is not included in this due to openbox category) ..you may return it within same day or within 2 working days from the date of delivery and time as per the specified return period. Please check our Return Policy Page for more details. Refund Process: Our Team will update you once we recieve and inspect the returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
      6.3 : For Partial COD orders, – Customer can cancel or edit the order within 3 Hours from the date of purchase and time for the refund of Prepaid amount or partial COD Token amount. no cancellation beyond 3 Hours will be accepted, cancellation charges would be applicable of Payment Gateway Fee of Minimum Rs.500 or 5% of the paid amount (whichever is higher). Partial COD Amount will only be credited in form of Eshopi Wallet Balance or coupon code post deducting the cancellation charges, wallet amount /coupon code can be used for future orders
      6.4: For Prepaid orders (A): -Rs.500 or 5% of the paid amount (whichever is higher)-Refund would be credited to original payment source in 15-30 business days from the date of request approval(No Cancellation would be accepted after 3 Hours) , if customer cancel the order within 3 hours then the payment gateway charges would be applicable and deducted on actual basis.
      B: Once the order is shipped and customer refused to accept for any reason then the customer has to bear the cost of Shipping charges+RTO Charges +Seller logistic & precurement+ payment gateway charges 50% will be deducted from the total product value. Balnce 50% Amount will only be credited in form of Eshopi Wallet Balance or coupon code post deducting the cancellation charges, wallet amount /coupon code can be used for future orders Please note All the charges are charged to us by the payment gateway aggregator, shipping aggregator when accepting payments & the same is passed on to the customer in case of cancellation.

For Undelivered Or Returned product, Shipping +RTO charges may occur or will be adjusted in COD token amt.

Payout T & C :
A. Eshopi.com link should be mentioned in video description and video title along with product link in description (Required for – Minimum 1 Year )

B. Once you upload the video, share the video link with us, our marketing team will review the video, on approval you will recieve a soft copy of NDA to sign. after submitting the documents money will be transffered to your bank account within 15-25 Business Days.

C.Above Influncer marketing scheme/payout is only valid on product purchase from eshopi.com

D.Video approval is subject to an Indvisual purchasers self made video / video made or uploaded by friend or 3rd person or on behalf of friend/relatives/colleague on their channel will not be entiled to get money.

E.Our Marketing team might ask for certain proof/docs to validate your youtube channel own by you or not.

F.Our Domain name, product link and brand name in video title is must to get your video approved

G.You will be entitled to earn money only twise in a year on each youtube channel for the product purchase from eshopi

Terms & Conditions for Imported Products – eshopi.com

By placing an order for any item listed under the “International Products” category on eshopi.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Delivery Timeline

• All imported products are shipped from international locations and have an estimated delivery time of 25 to 60 days, including dispatch time.

• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance, international logistics, or unforeseen conditions beyond our control.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed for an imported product, no refund or cancellation is permitted after 24 hours from the time and date of order confirmation.

• A refund request within 24 hours will be honored only if it is raised through our customer support team within the stipulated time frame.

3. Customs Duties & Import Charges

• Products imported into India may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges, depending on Indian government regulations.

4. Damaged or Non-Working Products

  • Raise a refund or replacement request within 2 days from the date and time of delivery.

  • Submit the unboxing video and supporting details to our support team for verification.

• Refund or replacement claims without proper evidence or outside the 2-day window will not be entertained.

5. Product Warranty

• All imported products sold on eshopi.com come without any warranty or guarantee, unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page.

6. Additional Terms

• Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, logistical issues, or other conditions that are outside the control of eshopi.com or the seller.

11. Law and jurisdiction

All Mentioned terms and conditions will be governed by and will be followed in accordance with  GOVERNING LAW of Noida( Utter Pradesh) , and any disputes/grivances related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the  non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  JURISDICTION .
